The Middle-East, for a region comprised of small to middle powers, is swarmed with arrogantly boastful leaders (religious and secular) and heads of states whose utterances ridiculously outmatch their abilities and actions. Few are those who are self-aware; and even fewer are they who grasp the true rank and order that govern the modern world. Not to mention of course the everlasting moral-grandstanding contest.
It is almost impossible to find a population that is remotely equal in its being historically oblivious, politically illiterate, theologically disinterested, and scientifically ignorant (and hilariously asinine), in stark contradiction to their pronounced and unwavering carefulness and devotion to all these subjects, than Middle-Easterners—regardless of their blood, faith, and nationality. They disagree universally and categorically on everything, yet they all adhere to the aforementioned oblivion, illiteracy, disinterestedness, and ignorance.
Mind you, the Middle-East is the cradle of the three Abrahamic religions: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.
Nonetheless…
Accounting for approximately 6% of the world population, this region is the epicenter of global commotion and tension. Clinging to a preposterous godliness throughout history, they have managed to desecrate that which was sanctified by the Lord God, man, and glorified that which was cursed by God for man’s sake, land [emphasis added]. For though the first have fell immeasurably short of the Lord God’s glory, the Lord has never denounced His image and likeness, which He has bestowed upon man since he was formed.
“Unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;
Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;
In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken; for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return,” (Genesis 3: 17-19).
Even after man provoked the Lord God to destroy “every living substance” upon the face of the earth with the great deluge in the time of Noah, and made Him regret having made man on the earth, God held dear that image and likeness: “And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man’s brother will I require the life of man. Whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood shed: for in the image of God made he man,” (Genesis 9: 5,6).
And the Messiah, Himself, instructed his flock: “But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come,” (Matthew 10:23).
This is the Lord God in both Testaments, dare I proclaim; and let Him be my witness and hold me accountable for my words; stating that no land—not the entire surface of the earth—is ever worth a drop of blood of His crowned creation which was made in His image after His likeness.
Notwithstanding, Middle-Easterners, in the infinitude of their wisdom, have decreed that there is a land that must be held holy above man; and that human blood is but a small price for it. Ironically, they boast this decree in the houses of their worship; they chant it in hymns and mislead the masses into thinking that this is proper worship. They do all that right before the Lord God!
And, who said that not every sin is before God? Alas, every sin is before the Lord—and no sin ever evades His sight.
But soon this region will learn that “It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God,” (Hebrews 10:31).
